Trade show workers exhibit greatness.

Trade shows are big, bold exhibits that showcase companies and their products. As a trade show worker, you’ll travel to exciting cities to transform convention centers, hotel spaces and other facilities into full shows in a relatively short span of time.

During your apprenticeship, you’ll learn how to handle freight, rig equipment, and set up and dismantle complex exhibits and modular systems. Your training will also make you an expert in rigging and hanging signs, and installing and removing carpet, pipes and drapes.

Your training includes how to use all the tools of the trade. And one of these is your physical strength, which you’ll need to lift and move heavy objects.

Florida Finishing Trades Institute will not discriminate against apprenticeship applicants or apprentices based on RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, NATIONAL ORIGIN, SEX (INCLUDING PREGNANCY AND GENDER IDENTITY), SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENETIC INFORMATION, OR BECAUSE THEY ARE AN INDIVIDUAL WITH A DISABILITY OR A PERSON 40 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.
Florida Finishing Trades Institute will take affirmative action to provide equal opportunity in apprenticeship and will operate the apprenticeship program as required under Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations, part 30.
